A name, location, booking number, or other text entered into a linked search tool is sent to the provider operating that tool. This includes an official resource such as the WCSO Inmate Inquiry and any separate partner search service. Walton County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider receiving the query controls its own records and privacy practices.
Messages and Contact Requests
If a visitor emails this site or sends a message through a contact method, the message and supplied reply details may be kept so we can respond. Those details are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is needed to comply with law, a valid legal process, or an urgent safety obligation.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent personal information, a parent or guardian may use the Contacts page to ask that it be deleted from our records.
